Highlights

• Provided project-based support as a curriculum developer for a number of companies in the Seattle and New York areas, including Ralph Lauren, Bloomberg, Safeco, Mosaic, Morgan Stanley and others.
• Reduced customer service expenses by ~$20k/month by training customer service agents on a new text message tool.
• Served in a pivotal role in a small-but-powerful learning team, developing custom learning initiatives for vendor-managed call centers that increased customer satisfaction, saved operating costs, and drove revenue creation.
